Explanation of Japanese grammar

I talked with my teacher today. She asked me the difference of two sentences. The first one is ''watashi wa neko wo kaitai.(I want to have a cat.)'' The second is ''watashi wa neko ga kaitai.(I want to have a cat.)'' Can you explain the difference of them? I could not explain that right away at that time. Of course I feel the difference but it is so small difference. It takes some time to master Japanese particles because there is no exist postpositional particle in English. But you don't worry about it. Do your best and you can master them. Today I explain about postpositional particle of Japanese. There are 4 kinds of case inflection in English. (I my me mine. you your you yours. she her her hers. etc...) That's why you say mine, yours or hers when you want to say whose it is. You say I, you or she when you want to say who do it. But If Japanese want to say whose it is or who do it, they say watashi, anata or kanojo. We substitute a postpositional particle(=wa no wo) for changing figure of words(=I my me mine). Japanese word does not change figure. Postpositional particle of Japanese is like apostrophe+s.

1. 【Japanese】Watashi wa kanojo wo aishiteiru.            
　【English】I love her.
*aishiteiru: love

2. 【Japanese】Kanojo wa watashi wo yobu.
    【English】She calls me.
*yobu: call

3.【Japanese】Watashi wa neko wo kaitai.
   【English】I want to have a cat.
*neko: cat　*kau: own, raise　*kaitai: want to have

4. 【Japanese】Watashi no kaban wa midoriiro desu.
　【English】My bag is green.
*kaban: bag　*midoriiro: green color　*desu: be

The reason why I want to be able to speak Srpski jezik.

I want to be able to speak Srpski more than English. There are a few reasons why I want to be. The first reason is that I want to talk with Serbian in Srpski. The second reason is that I feel that the Cyrillic alphabet is kind of curious. That's why I want to use it. Я is the most curious alphabet. Я is look like R. But, Я is J of Latin alphabet. It is so cool... and what's more, Я means I. Ridiculous!!!!! Я means not only J but I. Я is asking too much. What a mysterious character... ><;!! The third reason is the most important reason. It may be a little bit funny. I want to say what I want to say anytime and everywhere. But, if I say joking in Japanese or English when somebody have a serious talk, I'll be killed or vanished in the haze. What if I said joking in Srpski when somebody had a serious talk? What for do I work?

When I teach chemistry to my students, they reminded me of my high schools days. Then I thought I wanted to work for people in Koriyama city. If I worked in the city, I could live here. It's really attractive. That's why, I decided to take the job interview. I'm not sure whether or not I will become a public service officer in this city. I like this city. I have lived in Nara prefecture for a long time. That's why I like Nara. The most impressive thing in my high school days is on my way back home. I used to buy foods as shopping center in Koriyama with my friends on my way back home. This is my good memory. Whenever I teach chemistry to my students, they remind me of my highschool days. Then I often think how it would be like if I worked for K-city. One of the reasons I decided to take this interview is the attractivness of this city.
